Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

About the role

The Hairdressing Salon Supervisor will lead daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth, client‑focused environment. This permanent, onsite position reports to salon management and coordinates a team of stylists and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule work shifts and coordinate staff availability.
• Arrange maintenance and repair of salon equipment and machinery.
• Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring service standards are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation.
• Resolve operational problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity improvements.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review activities of salon workers.
• Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
