About the role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team as an AI Trainer. In this remote, contract position you will help train AI chatbots, measure their progress, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality. Strong writing, editing, and content development skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
Evaluate AI model performance for correctness, relevance, and brand voice.
Identify issues and provide feedback to enhance chatbot quality.

Required profile

Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).

Hourly pay ranging from $25 to $30+ CAD, with bonus rates on select projects.
