Guest Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Matrix Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, as a Guest Room Attendant. You will play a key part in delivering clean, comfortable, and welcoming rooms for our guests, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh guest rooms by changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock amenities and ensure rooms are fully equipped and inviting.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address any room‑related concerns promptly.
• Lift and transport linen bundles up to 50 lb as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering immaculate rooms.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
