Growth Marketer – AI‑Native

About the role

Cloudcure is looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketer who builds AI‑generated ad creative, landing pages and video, launches experiments, and iterates based on performance data. This is a production‑focused role rather than a strategic brief‑writing position.

Key responsibilities

• Turn product and campaign concepts into AI‑generated ad creative for Google and Meta, and publish them quickly.
• Build and refine landing pages using AI page‑generation tools, ensuring on‑brand visual consistency.
• Produce realistic imagery and video with generative AI tools, distinguishing AI‑free output.
• Design and run A/B tests on creative, landing pages and messaging, defining success criteria beforehand.
• Analyze conversion rates, CPA, ROAS and funnel drop‑off in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and internal dashboards, and close the loop between assets and results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of growth, performance or digital marketing experience with a portfolio of live landing pages and ad creative.
• Self‑directed, comfortable working without a dedicated marketing team.
• Strong visual eye and ability to critique assets quickly.
• Curious about emerging AI tools and eager to experiment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI creative and page‑generation tools (e.g., generative image/video models, AI page builders).
• Hands‑on experience in GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to design, execute and interpret A/B tests.
• Excellent written English.
