Growth Account Manager

About the role

Organic Checkout is seeking a Growth Account Manager to act as a strategic partner for our clients. The role focuses on analysing marketing performance, uncovering growth opportunities, and advising on investment decisions across SEO, paid media, content and more. This is a remote position, preferably based in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Lead monthly strategy calls to review performance and identify growth actions.
• Analyse traffic, conversions, revenue, ROAS, CAC and lead quality using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Development and Reputation Management teams.
• Identify and propose additional marketing services that align with client goals.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and maintain clear, proactive communication.
• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor rather than a simple coordinator.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and business KPIs.
• Ability to explain performance data confidently to clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.
• Agency experience preferred.
