Ground Handler – Aviation Support at Kamloops Airport

About the role

Executive Aviation is seeking motivated individuals to join our Kamloops Below the Wing team as Ground Handlers. You will provide essential ramp and cabin services for leading Canadian airlines, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft turnaround.

Key responsibilities

• Follow airline and Transport Canada procedures for all ground operations.
• Drive and operate ground service equipment, including baggage carts and service trucks.
• Marshall and wing‑walk aircraft to and from gates.
• Sort, load, and unload guest baggage according to load plans and deliver it to claim areas.
• Service aircraft water and lavatory systems.
• Inspect ramp areas for debris and maintain a clean work environment.
• Groom aircraft interiors – clean cabins, galleys, lavatories and restock supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Lead.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel and push/pull for extended periods; lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) regularly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Compliance with safety requirements: steel‑toe boots, reflective vest, hearing protection.
• Valid BC driver’s licence with a clear abstract.
• Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass and pass a criminal background check.
