Grocery Clerk – Produce & Frozen Foods

About the role
The Grocery Clerk supports daily operations in the produce and frozen foods departments, assisting customers and maintaining stock integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Retrieve items for customers from shelves or stockroom and guide them to product locations.
- Unpack, count, weigh, sort and price incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Maintain clean, organized stock areas and attach anti‑shoplifting devices.
- Process electronic transactions, operate the cash register and handle order picking for mail or electronic orders.
- Operate a forklift and perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping.
Required profile
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in grocery retail or a similar environment.
- Availability for early morning, evening, night, weekend and flexible hours.
