Graphic Designer II (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role

Our client, a leading organization in Toronto, is looking for a Graphic Designer II to join its in‑house creative team on a 14‑month contract. Working four days on‑site and one day remotely, you will create compelling visual assets that support both internal and external marketing initiatives while adhering to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral such as sales decks, brochures, event materials, and digital assets.
• Develop original visual concepts within established brand guidelines and templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present creative solutions, and manage projects from concept to delivery.
• Create accessible, user‑focused designs for print and digital channels, including data visualisations and infographics.
• Coordinate with vendors for production, printing, and delivery of final assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience in an agency or corporate/in‑house setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collateral, presentation, and digital design work.
• Experience with accessibility design best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team of three.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Figma.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Office applications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
