Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator

About the role

Kingsley Management is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to join the Marketing team on a 12‑month contract. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will create and manage visual and social media assets for multiple brands, ensuring consistency, creativity, and strong execution across digital, social, and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality creative assets for digital, social media, email, and web channels across several brand identities.
• Adapt creative concepts for each platform while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop print‑ready designs for signage, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral, handling bleeds, crop marks, and production specs.
• Support the creation and maintenance of social media content calendars and schedule posts across multiple platforms.
• Conceptualise, create, and publish end‑to‑end social media content, staying current with trends and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate creative direction into compelling visual storytelling.
• Incorporate feedback quickly, iterate designs, and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design and content coordination experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and print design work.
• Experience working across multiple brands or adapting design styles for different audiences.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Design for Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
• Web design and email design proficiency.
• Understanding of platform‑specific design requirements and best practices.
