About the role
We are seeking a Glaziers Foreman/Woman to lead a crew of 5‑10 glaziers on construction sites in Concord, Ontario. The role involves supervising work, coordinating activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Coordinate and schedule activities.
- Oversee apprenticeship training.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Read blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Lead and instruct individuals on site.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years experience in glazing or related construction work.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Working at heights training.
- First Aid Certificate.
- WHMIS Certificate.
- Own steel‑toed safety boots.
- Organized and reliable.
Required skills
- Blueprint reading.
- Construction site supervision.
