Glazier – Commercial Glass Installation

About the role

Durabuilt Commercial Solutions is seeking a skilled glazier to join its Edmonton team. You will work on commercial glass projects, ensuring high‑quality installation and repair of glass components.

Key responsibilities

• Determine the type of glass, frames and materials required for each project.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to understand work requirements.
• Measure, mark and cut glass accurately.
• Position and secure glass panes within frames.
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products.
• Repair glass doors and other glass structures.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience as a glazier.
• Physical ability to bend, crouch and kneel for extended periods.
• Availability for morning and day shifts.

Required skills

• Glass type identification.
• Blueprint and drawing interpretation.
• Precise glass measurement and cutting.
• Glass pane installation and securing.
• Glass door and structure repair.
