Gestionnaire Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to lead warehouse‑related projects for a transport sector client. The role is based in a hybrid work model, with three days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics projects, including warehouse automation, robotics, flow optimisation and redesign.
• Define requirements, write specifications and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Plan project phases, control budgets, risks and timelines, and communicate with stakeholders such as operations, IT, engineering and suppliers.
• Participate in the development, configuration and deployment of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), defining operational rules and logistics flows.
• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities (conveyors, AGVs/AMRs, sorting systems, automated picking solutions) and oversee integration of new equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or warehouse project management.
• Ability to write clear specifications and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills to handle budgets, risks and timelines.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) configuration and implementation.
• Automation equipment such as conveyors, AGVs/AMRs, sorting systems and automated picking solutions.
• Robotics and warehouse automation technologies.
