About the role

The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer‑ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Provide Manager‑on‑Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and efficient flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritisation with store leadership.
• Execute Store‑In‑Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in‑stock levels.
• Oversee planogram execution, ensuring accurate merchandising sets.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards for product placement.
• Support a clean, organized, customer‑ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute promotional ad sets and maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship‑from‑Store fulfillment, ensuring accurate order processing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 25‑50 lb, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions.
