General Labourer – Farm

About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Labourer to join our seasonal farm team. You will work in a broiler chicken production environment as well as on ginseng crops, handling a variety of physical tasks throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect barns, pens, stables and work areas.
- Monitor water lines, airflow, temperature and animal health in poultry houses.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, weed and harvest ginseng crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, loaders and farm trucks.
- Handle manure, feed and water systems while following bio‑security procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Physically demanding work with standing, bending, kneeling and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment.
- Team player with reliable and organized work habits.
Required skills
- Operation of farm trucks.
- Use of loaders and tractors.
- Experience with automated environmental control equipment.
- Manure handling and storage.
- Feeding and watering system operation.
