General Labourer – Farm

About the role

We are looking for a motivated General Labourer to join our farm team. The role involves hands‑on work in all weather conditions, supporting the planting, maintenance, and harvest of a variety of vegetables such as carrots, onions, and potatoes.

Key responsibilities

• Hoe between rows and perform regular weeding.
• Clear brush, debris, wood, and stones from fields and work areas.
• Grade, pack, and prepare fruits and vegetables for market.
• Harvest crops and maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, farm trucks, planting and tillage equipment.
• Inspect produce for quality and market readiness.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 23 kg, and stand, bend, crouch or kneel for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, good hand‑eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
• Team‑player with reliable judgement and a solid work ethic.
