About the role
RiverValley Custom Homes is seeking an experienced General Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site teams in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project managers to deliver quality homes on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Estimate costs and materials and prepare production reports.
- Coordinate and schedule activities with other supervisors or managers.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Read blueprints and drawings, requisition materials and supplies.
- Supervise workers and projects, and arrange training.
