About the role
We are looking for a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and progress reports.
- Supervise workers and manage project execution.
- Coordinate and schedule site activities.
- Set up machines and equipment as required.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Recommend personnel actions and manage team performance.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Organized, team‑player attitude and willingness to relocate.
