About the role
The Garage Supervisor will oversee daily operations at our tire service centre, ensuring efficient workflow and high product quality. This role involves coordinating staff, managing resources, and maintaining safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers and projects, coordinating schedules and activities.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a garage or similar environment.
