Full‑time Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Join a locally owned pharmacy to provide health, beauty and convenience services while keeping the customer at the centre of every interaction. As a full‑time pharmacist you will manage daily operations, dispense medication, and offer professional consultations to both customers and health‑care providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prescription counselling, over‑the‑counter advice and expanded‑scope professional services.
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality and consent management for all customers.
• Maintain accurate dispensing records and comply with federal, provincial and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee workflow queues, inventory control, expired stock removal and medication orders.
• Communicate with other health‑care professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Support store operations, including visual standards, incident reporting and financial reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Independent decision‑making with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience planning, coordinating and coaching pharmacy staff.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
• Ability to follow health‑and‑safety procedures and complete mandatory training.
