Fullstack Web Developer – React (CMS) – French Services – Hybrid

About the role

Join the Radio‑Canada Digital Media team to build and evolve the content management system that powers major platforms such as Radio‑Canada INFO, Olympic Games coverage, OHdio, RCI and Mordu. You will work in a bilingual environment, adapting the CMS to the needs of journalists, webmasters and developers while ensuring fast, error‑free publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and upgrade the CMS and related services to meet business objectives.
• Create dynamic forms that satisfy content requirements for Radio‑Canada.ca products.
• Promote best‑practice development and modernise legacy code.
• Write business rules in the domain layer (DDD) and comprehensive unit tests.
• Document technical changes for training and collaboration.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, scrums, demos, retrospectives) and code reviews.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript; TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong experience with Git and modern front‑end tooling.
• Advanced knowledge of React, CSS, C#.NET Core and Web API.
• Familiarity with Apollo GraphQL, GitHub‑CLI, monorepo concepts and WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
• Understanding of MongoDB, Elasticsearch, OAuth 2.0, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Docker and Azure cloud services.
