Full‑Stack Software Engineer – AI‑Native Sales Platform

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack software engineer to build the AI‑native sales acceleration platform at Revic. You will turn chaotic sales data into intelligent systems that help reps focus on selling.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and collate data from 50+ sources (CRM, public data, communication streams) and design robust data pipelines handling terabytes of data.
• Develop AI systems that reason over messy data, make autonomous decisions and trigger workflows for enterprise‑level deals.
• Build full‑stack applications and data consumption mechanisms that improve seller productivity while balancing accuracy, latency and cost.
• Debug and maintain distributed systems operating thousands of concurrent AI agents.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience shipping production systems that scale.
• Passion for creating simple solutions to complex problems and a relentless shipping mindset.
• Intellectual honesty, willingness to question assumptions and ability to explain complex systems clearly.

Required skills

• Design and implementation of data pipelines.
• Building and deploying AI‑driven systems.
• Experience with distributed systems debugging.
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts.
