Full-Time Day Associate

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our No Frills store in Dartmouth as Full-Time Day Associates. In this role you will help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers while supporting store operations throughout the day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and priced.
• Operate checkout registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Support inventory counts, receive deliveries, and follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies in all store activities.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to work full-time day shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
