Join Mosi Bakery as a full‑time Cook, preparing delicious meals and baked goods for our customers in Victoria. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, ensuring high quality and safety standards while catering to special dietary needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including options for customers with allergies or intolerances.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train staff on proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe handling.
• Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory records, and keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean kitchen and work areas regularly.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or bakery kitchen.
• Dependable, organized, initiative‑driven and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, stand for extended periods and perform under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow food safety guidelines.
