Full-Time Baker – Early Morning Shift (3:30am)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time baker to join our COBS Bread bakery. The shift starts early at 3:30 am, and you will be responsible for preparing fresh artisan breads and treats for the community each day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough, measure ingredients and follow production schedules and recipes.
• Shape, mould and bake breads and pastries using ovens.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience by ensuring fresh products are available.

Required profile

• Early‑riser able to work independently or within a small team.
• Positive attitude, good organisational skills and pride in the bakery’s offerings.
• Willingness to learn; no prior baking experience required.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 22 kg repeatedly.
• Capability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 m.
• Frequent use of both hands with wrist rotation and occasional forceful gripping.
