Full Stack Web Developer

About the role

Join DarkVision’s Software Engineering team to build web‑based reporting tools that turn massive ultrasound inspection datasets into actionable insights for Oil & Gas clients. You will work on both backend services and interactive front‑end dashboards, contributing to a product that powers industrial asset inspection worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design extensible data models and develop scalable APIs using FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Integrate APIs with databases and data pipelines to enable fast search, retrieval and report generation.
• Implement secure authentication and role‑based access control (OAuth, JWT).
• Build responsive user interfaces and interactive dashboards with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Optimize performance, ensure cross‑device compatibility, and maintain high code quality through unit testing and debugging.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, RDS and CloudWatch.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Web Developer (frontend, backend or full‑stack).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database integration.
