Full Stack Software Engineer (AI‑Native)

About the role

Reacher is building an AI‑powered operating system for TikTok Shop brands and creators. As a Full Stack Software Engineer you will join a fast‑growing YC‑backed team and ship features that impact thousands of users daily.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead product features from research and design through implementation, testing, and launch.
• Shape engineering architecture, set standards for code quality, testing, and development practices across the stack.
• Mentor engineers in AI‑native workflows using Claude Code and other agentic tools.
• Collaborate directly with customers to translate requirements into polished user experiences.
• Design scalable backend systems (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP).
• Build responsive, accessible UIs (React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui).
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with minimal oversight.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of professional full‑stack experience in a product‑first or FAANG‑level environment.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end features or major product modules.
• Strong product intuition and willingness to push back on vague requirements.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous, high‑urgency environments.
• Passion for AI‑assisted development and modern coding tools.
