- Support on-site implementation, feedback capture and post-deployment iteration
- Help build a strong understanding of Canadian operational environments, stakeholders and deployment requirements
Required profile
- Technical proficiency: programming skills, a technical degree, or equivalent experience in a technology company
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make independent decisions under pressure and to work on-site with customers for a significant part of the time
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking high ownership from day one
- Confidence engaging with technical subject matter and working closely with engineers and end users
- Existing Right to Work in Canada at the time of application
- Likely to hold a clearance or be willing to undergo Canadian security screening (Reliability Status normally requires 5 years of continuous residency, Secret 10 years)
Preferred experience
- Experience in defence or defence technology
- Familiarity with Canadian defence, national security or public-sector operating environments
- Experience with technical products in operationally complex or regulated environments
What we offer
- Equity scheme and generous employer pension contribution
