Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Contract Management

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join Evisort’s AI‑driven contract management platform. You will work with a cross‑functional team of engineers, product managers, data scientists and designers to build scalable, user‑centric solutions that simplify how legal and business teams handle contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, data‑science, product and design teams to define vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Participate in an iterative, fast‑moving development culture that values curiosity and strong engineering practices.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across the organization.
• Own end‑to‑end features—from development through production (“you build it, you run it”).
• Contribute to the growth and reliability of SaaS products in a cloud environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years using a Python web framework (Flask, Django or FastAPI).
• 3+ years working with a relational database, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Understanding of modern distributed‑system trade‑offs and DevOps practices.
