Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full‑Stack Developer to join our Data Analysis & Software team in Sarnia. You will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that meet user needs while supporting our business objectives and system modernization efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to define requirements and scope.
• Map user journeys, gather UI/UX requirements, and create wireframes or mockups using Figma.
• Build responsive interfaces with Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Develop and maintain backend services with Node.js and create RESTful APIs.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases, handling JSON and other data formats.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, scripting, and performance optimization.
• Lead or support migration of legacy applications to modern platforms.
• Document technical solutions clearly and professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Sarnia and be fully authorized to work in Canada.
