Fruit Farm Worker – Vineyard & Orchard Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fruit Farm Worker to join our vineyard and orchard team. The role involves hands‑on work in outdoor environments, maintaining vines, trees, and crops while ensuring high‑quality fruit production.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage vine growth, canopy, and grape quality.
• Pick rows and orchard crops, including apples and grapes.
• Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and train fruit trees for higher yield.
• Manually remove suckers and water sprouts, and perform weeding.
• Harvest crops and operate farm machinery such as tractors and hand tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure safe operation.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks, heavy lifting (up to 23 kg), and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand‑eye coordination.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team‑oriented attitude.
