Front Desk Reception & Retail Associate

About the role

Tommy Gun's is seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Reception and Retail Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience at its Highstreet location in Abbotsford. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling both reception duties and retail sales in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails, manage service queues, and support the team.
• Provide front‑desk reception services, ensuring each guest feels welcomed.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain product inventory.
• Promote and sell retail products, applying staff discounts where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer service skills with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, demonstrating strong time‑management and multitasking.
• Outgoing, fun personality that aligns with the brand culture.
• Experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is a plus.
