About the role

Motive is looking for a French‑speaking Commercial Outbound Account Executive to drive new business in the Canadian market. You will work with a fast‑growing revenue line, building executive relationships and expanding Motive’s footprint across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new business by developing strong executive relationships with key prospects.
  • Survey prospects to uncover pain points and align Motive’s solution with their needs.
  • Demonstrate Motive software to fleet managers and drivers.
  • Identify and resolve problems, applying critical thinking to determine optimal solutions.
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Motive’s technology platform and provide feedback for product iteration.
  • Monitor market trends to deliver consultative insights to clients.

Required profile

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience with international clients.
  • Proven track record of hunting, exceeding quotas, and growing a sales book.
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment.
