About the role
Join Mindrift as a Freelance AI Trainer focused on English annotation. You will help improve AI models by evaluating their responses in realistic e‑commerce scenarios and providing detailed feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated answers across a variety of tasks, especially online shopping experiences.
- Provide honest, detailed feedback to enhance model and agent performance.
- Follow established style and quality guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine content.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least one year of professional or academic experience.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Reliable internet connection.
Required skills
- None required beyond strong English writing ability.
