Fractional Chief Marketing Officer – Demand Generation Partner

About the role

Maneva, an AI company focused on manufacturing, is seeking a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to own and execute its inbound demand generation engine. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with the SVP of Strategic Sales, you will drive pipeline growth by turning prospects into sales‑ready conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run organic, content‑led demand generation programs across email, social, SEO, webinars, and industry events.
• Identify high‑leverage channels for manufacturing decision‑makers and create a repeatable playbook.
• Partner with Sales to align lead quality, handoff processes, and conversion metrics.
• Operate within Maneva’s tech stack (Webflow, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Buffer, AI‑powered creative tools) and introduce best‑practice frameworks.
• Lay the groundwork for paid campaigns when organic efforts justify scaling.

Required profile

• Senior B2B demand generation specialist or agency with proven success building inbound pipelines for technical or industrial products.
• Deep familiarity with the manufacturing sector and its decision‑making hierarchy.
• Hands‑on mindset: ready to execute campaigns, manage tools, and deliver measurable results.
