About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Food Warehouse Manager to lead our airline catering warehouse operations. You will ensure the timely availability of ingredients and supplies, maintain strict food safety standards, and support high‑quality onboard catering services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of dry, chilled and frozen food storage, ensuring proper receiving, inspection and storage.
- Coordinate with procurement, kitchen production and logistics teams to meet airline catering schedules.
- Implement FIFO and FEFO inventory systems, conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
- Plan and manage ordering based on forecasts, raise purchase requisitions and track order status.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, support digital inventory tools and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach and train warehouse staff on food handling, HACCP and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, airline standards and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in food warehouse or airline catering environments.
- Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and optimise inventory processes.
- Strong focus on safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.
