Food Service Supervisor

About the role

The Altitude Restaurant Lounge is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead its restaurant team in Prince George. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high quality standards, and support a fast‑paced service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities.
• Supervise and train staff who prepare, portion, and assemble food.
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
• Hire and onboard new food‑service personnel.
• Maintain quality‑control standards for food and service.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and regular reports.
• Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Required profile
