About the role
Wendy's Restaurants is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead a small team at its Prince George location. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and managing daily operations in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish work schedules and supervise 3‑4 staff members.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Hire food service staff and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and maintain high service quality.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Supervise assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Strong client focus with excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
- Own transportation for commuting.
