Food Production Manager

About the role

Peacasa is seeking a Food Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in its London, ON facility. The position is focused on maintaining efficient production flow within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products to avoid shortages.
• Plan and organise daily operations, including equipment maintenance and replacement recommendations.
• Direct quality‑control inspections and oversee implementation of HACCP and SQF standards.
• Hire, supervise, and train 3‑10 staff members on new equipment and production techniques.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in food or beverage production.
• Certificates: SQF, WHMIS, CPIM, First Aid, CPR, HACCP, and knowledge of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
• Strong oral and written communication, judgement, organization, reliability, teamwork, and ethical values.
