Food Counter Attendant

About the role
The Food Counter Attendant supports daily operations at Taco Time by ensuring a clean and well‑stocked service area and delivering fast, friendly service to customers. This position works in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment and requires flexibility across various shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, chairs and replenish condiments and supplies.
- Portion, wrap, prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
- Take customer orders and handle cash or POS transactions.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, equipment, carts and waste disposal units.
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar food service role.
- Client‑focused, team player with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment under pressure.
