Food Counter Attendant

About the role

Join our team as a Food Counter Attendant, providing friendly service and ensuring a clean, well‑stocked food area for our guests. This full‑time, permanent position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers and hand‑wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Package take‑out orders, portion and wrap foods, and prepare simple menu items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other display areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage locations.
• Handle kitchen waste, sharpen knives, and maintain floor cleanliness.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Required skills

• Basic food preparation and handling.
• Operation of manual and electrical kitchen appliances.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
