Food Counter Attendant – Full‑Time

About the role

Join Subcity Donair as a Food Counter Attendant in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining a clean dining area while delivering friendly service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and dining areas.
• Prepare, heat, portion, and wrap simple food items.
• Take customer orders, serve at counters or buffet tables, and handle take‑out packaging.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and replenish condiments and supplies.
• Wash, peel, slice, and cut vegetables, fruit, and other foodstuffs.
• Maintain records of food quantities and manage inventory storage.
• Handle cleaning products safely and dispose of kitchen waste.
• Sharpen knives, load buspans, and keep floors swept, mopped, and polished.
