About the role
We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead daily operations at our Kinton Ramen location in Calgary. The role combines budgeting, staff supervision and customer service to ensure a profitable and high‑quality dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluate and monitor daily operations and staff performance.
- Plan, organize and control daily restaurant activities.
- Recruit, schedule, supervise and train staff members.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
- Direct, control and evaluate operational processes.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Client‑focused with strong flexibility.
- Organized, reliable and a team player.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
