About the role
Join Jungle Jim's Restaurant in Corner Brook as a Food & Beverage Server, providing friendly and efficient service to guests in a fast‑paced dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patrons, present menus, describe daily specials and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
- Present bills, accept cash, credit, debit or other payments, and balance cash registers.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Advise guests on menu selections and answer food‑ and beverage‑related questions.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Availability for shift or on‑call work, including evenings, mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Experience in food service is an asset but not required.
