About the role
We are looking for a friendly and efficient server to join our food and beverage team at WOWO Asian Homestyle Cooking. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
- Present bills and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billing.
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist guests with special needs.
Required profile
- Client focus and excellent oral communication.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Flexibility, initiative and strong organization.
- Reliability and ability to work under pressure.
- Capability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Experience of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
