About the role
Join Bugaboos Bakery Cafe in Vernon, BC as a Food and Beverage Services Attendant. This seasonal full‑time position supports coffee‑shop operations in a remote location, delivering friendly service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Standing for extended periods and handling up to 23 kg.
- Work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Client focus, reliability and teamwork.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative and stay dependable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow safety standards.
