About the role
Metro is seeking a part‑time Floral Clerk to join its floral department at the London, ON store. In this role you will help customers select fresh cut flowers and seasonal plants while maintaining a clean and inviting display area. The position is permanent, union‑represented and offers flexible day, evening and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing and purchasing flower arrangements and garden plants.
- Keep the floral department tidy, restock displays and ensure product freshness.
Required profile
- Prior floral experience or product knowledge is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
