About the role

We are seeking an experienced Floor Covering Supervisor to lead our flooring projects across Calgary. The role involves overseeing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workers and floor‑covering projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities and project timelines.
• Recruit, hire, and manage staffing for flooring crews.
• Estimate costs and material requirements for each job.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience supervising floor‑covering teams.
• Ability to work on the road and travel between job sites.
