Flex Operator – Converting Operations

About the role

Kruger Products is seeking a Flex Operator to join its Converting Operations team. The role involves hands‑on labour in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, supporting production of popular tissue brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of labour duties in Converting Operations, including lifting up to 50‑60 lb.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems on the line, working collaboratively with the team.
• Operate in heights or confined spaces as required, and wear a full‑face respirator for specific tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety‑focused mindset.
• Availability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 operation.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (experience preferred).
