Flex Operator – Converting Operations

About the role
Kruger Products is seeking a Flex Operator to join its Converting Operations team. The role involves hands‑on labour in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, supporting production of popular tissue brands.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of labour duties in Converting Operations, including lifting up to 50‑60 lb.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems on the line, working collaboratively with the team.
- Operate in heights or confined spaces as required, and wear a full‑face respirator for specific tasks.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and safety‑focused mindset.
- Availability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 operation.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (experience preferred).
What we offer
- Base pay of $37.55 CAD per hour.
