Fleet Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Fleet Supervisor to lead the maintenance and repair of our client’s vehicle fleet across Canada. The role ensures that all transportation equipment remains safe, reliable and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet maintenance and repairs, both in‑house and with external service providers.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to guarantee vehicle safety and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff, allocate tasks and monitor performance metrics.
• Track fleet performance, analyse data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to align fleet availability with operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, Ministry of Transportation regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid 310 T licence (required) and Class A licence (preferred).
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet repair.
• Strong knowledge of Ministry of Transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
